For any refunds please contact customer services on support@kaigum.com where we will we provide return instructions. We can only provide a full refund if you return your ordered items untampered with.

Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect products you may receive. If you receive a defective product or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible on support@kaigum.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
